The platform administrator sets a profit percentage that is applied to your original pledge amount. For example, if you pledged $100 and the profit rate is 30%, you will receive $130 when another member is matched to help you. The current rate is always visible on your dashboard before you commit.

Your Get Help (GH) request becomes active as soon as the member you paid confirms receipt of your payment. There is no fixed waiting period beyond the confirmation. Once confirmed, the platform automatically creates your GH entry and begins pairing you with a provider.

You upload proof of payment including a bank reference code and payment receipt image. The platform administrator can view all evidence and intervene in disputes. Members who falsely deny receiving payment risk being banned from the platform. Every transaction is fully auditable via the pairing code.

Yes. You can have multiple active Provide Help transactions running simultaneously. Each one has its own transaction code and will be paired and processed independently. Your dashboard shows all your active PH entries at once.

Every member gets a unique referral link. When someone you referred completes their first approved Provide Help, they count as an active referral. Once you reach the platform's referral threshold (e.g. 30 active referrals), you are automatically upgraded to Manager status and rewarded with a Get Help bonus — the amount is configured by the administrator.
